Irregular periods
My Friend megha , married, facing irregular periods. Last 4-5 months she had 10 days before her periods date. She s working women. She used to travel a lot. Is tis causes because of over pressure or her health s week.

Thank you for your question. Several factors affect the regularity of periods which are a reflection of ovarian function. Stress, excessive or too little exercise, insomnia, weight changes, poor nutrition can all affect hormonal balance that regulates the ovary. This can lead to irregular periods. She should see her gynaecologist for help.
