it could either be your irregular menstrual cycle or it could be you are pregnant. please do a urine pregnancy test(upt) twice to rule out pregnancy.
Next Steps
if upt is negative you might have to visit a gynecologist for further evaluation

I would advise you to do a UPT(urine pregnancy test) with the 1st urine sample of the day which will give an accurate reading on pregnancy which has to be ruled out. I would advise you to visit the gynecologist and undergo an ultrasound so that any pathologies can be detected if present and treated accordingly. These steps may help making your periods regular: - Avoid fatty, oily, fried and junk food - Exercise regularly (minimum 30-45mins/day) - Destress yourself with practices such as yoga/meditation - Maintain a healthy body and diet - Have vegetable juices - Include corn, beets, lettuce, drumsticks, and pumpkin seeds in your daily diet - Avoid smoking and alcohol if you have the habit
