I started workout last month and changed my routine..This month my periods are delayed by 12 days..is it because of the change or should I consult a doctor ?

Hello wait for 3 to 4 days if you dont get your periods better to consult obg specialist for further evaluation and treatment usually if you increase workout or change workouts due to stress it will be prepond I hope this helps you.
