I’m currently loosing weight and have also recently been diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression. Since about October last year my periods have been irregular and this month not shown up at all. Is this normal? Or should I be worried?

Anti anxiety medicines can make periods irregular. Still it’s better to do an ultrasound to rule out any problems. If you are sexually active, you can start on some contraceptive pills. It will regulate your periods
