I m 17 years old .I daily masturbate (rubbing) .now I m suffering from irregular periods .I m very scared that due to this habit of masturbation whether I will be able to become mother in future ..?? also I m having severe hair fall..and also I m unable to gain weight ?? I want to ask that these all are side effects of masturbation ??? Plz help...
