I hereby facing irregular periods I have consulted doctors they have given tablets but no use so pls give me some tips to get clear

I hope you have been evaluated with blood tests and a ultrasound scan .PCOS is very common and is the foremost problem causing irregular cycles and with the right guidance , you should be fine .
