I have irregular periods and now i want to conceive, i have been trying fir last three months, but not succeed

First regulating the cycle minimum for 3 months after consulting with the gynaecologist.Get done all investigation needed for fertility and husband semen analysis is also compulsory.Ultrasonography to rule out the pcod.
