Irregular Periods

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I am having my period every week almost with just a gap of 2 to 3 days in a month since last month. I am on medication as I had met with an accident in Aug 2017 . I hv a muscle tear in my left shoulder, ligament tear in my left knee, lumbar spine is bulged out and ruptured a bit and cervical spondylitis as well. A small surgery called pain treatment was done for my lower back on 16th dec 2017. Kindly help me doctor.

If u r hvng menorrhagia or heavy bleeding u need to do an ultrasound pelvis to know the cause. Also since u hv undergone some treatment just see if u r on antiplatelet drugs. Do a CBC ,PT. INR , APTT and TSH levels too. Accordingly further management ll be decided upon
