Irregular Periods
I am 18 years old, I haven't had my periods for the past 77 days and I am not sexually active or involved anywhere. From the past few months, I was under immense stress so most probably that is the reason along with my irregular sleep cycle. I would be going out in 10 days so is it possible to either initiate my menstrual bleeding in 2-3 days or could it be delated further after 5th October?

Dear You have to check in person with a gynecologist to get menses inducing medications.  This delay may be due to thyroid , Prolactin, pcos or just due to stress. Cause need to be found out with simple tests and then initiating menses will be easy and safe.
