Irregular periods
Hi.. I'm 23 years old yet to get married. But I had irregular periods.. I didn't get past 2 months. So doc recommend to take meprate 10 mg for 4 Months.. 5 tablets for 5 days.. each month. Does it cause any prob during pregnancy. After marriage? Will it affect them?

Most common cause of irregular cycles is polycystic ovarian dis which is due to hormonal imbalance. Most common cause of PCOS is stress , obesity, unhealthy lifestyle. thyroid disorders also cause irregular cycles. Wht is ur weight ? Due u hav acne or facial hair pblm? To diagnose PCOS get an ultrasound done. U can start birth hormonal pills to regulate ur cycles. Pcos sometimes causes infertility.
