Irregular periods
Hello doctors my thyroid level is 5.88 and i am taking thyronorm 12.5mcg and PCOD is there and i am taking normoz for the same.. my periods looks little regular before this meds and then after this medication i am observing brown spotting with no no normal flow.. i am not pregnant as well. My AMH is with normal range but my periods looks irregular and i am taking this medication for 3 months.. should i need to wait for some more months for the period flow to be normal..

The thyronorm dose seems insufficient for this tsh value. If 3 months have already passed you can recheck the tsh and proceed accordingly. Normoz alone doesn't help in PCOD if you don't do diet and lifestyle modifications.

Normoz is just a supplement.Depending on the blood test for PCOD and the scan findings you will have to take hormonal pills and also need to reduce weight and some life style modification.
