Irregular periods (for every 10 days)

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I've been suffering from irregular periods from 2 months and i did consult a doctor, she gave me medicine for one month. After completion of medicine, i got periods as she told early. And she wanted me to meet her by the time of3rd day of getting periods. Now I want to go my hometown. but some reasons I am unable to go. Shall I meet a doctor here?
