Irregular periods. but i have body pain.

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I have had irregular periods almost always and many times it doesn't happen even though i check for pregnancy it has always turned out negative. I still get cramps and sometimes i get blood discharge for a day or two. I don't remember when i had my periods properly the last time. What should i do about this!?
