Irregular periods and spotting problem.

I am married, 29 yrs, I am not pregnant (did all the test) and not trying for pregnancy.I was suffering with irregular periods and Dr gave me femilon I had it for 14 months.Oct 2019 I stopped it and Nov I had late periods and Dec I had early period from Jan I didnot get periods upto July.Then suddenly I got periods in the month of July as I was not stopping I went to dr they did scanning and here is my report"antiversoflexed uterus of regular size and morphology, with uneven myometrial ecostructure as for diffuse uterine fibromatosis.The endometrial rhyme appears uneven, measuring 8 mm in maximum thickness.  Bilateral ovary in place,of normal size and morphology,with functional signs.  and gave me Tranex500 for 3days I took it after 5 to 6 days it got stopped and I got white discharge and again after 2 days got spotting and white discharge.Aug month before my period 10 days earlier I got spoting again stop again spoting after 5 days in the middle white discharge still didn't get period
