Irregular periods and hormone deficiency
I had my first periods when I was 13 and it was irregular since the first time I got my periods bcz I didn't eat well and I was too skinny My height growth was okay but I never got my periods on time and my breast haven't fully developed which is extremely embarrassing for me but I gain weight in other parts of my body but the bust size is too small and kinda flat and I need help for that can a doctor prescribe growth hormone therapy for me and will it help I just turned 17 A month ago

Hormone therapy is not advised for breast augmentation. Your bust size depends on genetics and your body proportions. At puberty, even if you were not skinny, your bust proportions would still remain the same as they are today. Weight gain is generalized, it does not preferentially deposit at any site.
