Asked for Female, 42 Years

My mom age 42 is suffering from irregular period since August 2020.. in August she had her period for almost 16 days..for the next 4 months she didn't got her period and again on Feb she had her period for almost 2 weeks and spotting every now and then after that... Again she got her period yesterday with unbearable pain... Please help!!
