Irregular period
I have been dealing with irregular period since 6-7 years. Whenever I eat medicine period comes on time otherwise no period. I have consulted all type of doctor allopathy, homeopathy, ayurvedic but no cure. I've been doing yoga,having good eating habits, sleeping time is good and my weight is also normal. I don't even have any cyst in ovaries but I don't know why my periods are irregular. This is really frustrating. Hope someone can help me out :)

If you have been evaluated by various doctors you might be having many blood tests and sonography reports. If possible share it here for further management.

At 1st, stop taking stress. Stress is a big factor which is working here
Secondly, keep on taking regular treatment under a gynecologist
