Asked for Female, 25 Years

I had bleeding for continuos 1month,after I consult a lady Dr..she prescribe me sysron n and glycomet,she told to take sysron tablet for 4 days each day 3 tblt and after 4 days ,each day 2 tblt,..I continued for 10 days Only,n today morning I started bleeding again..I don't understand what is the cause,and the bleeding which is happening it's the fresh blood going because it's not smelling like period blood
