Irregular Period
I am eighteen and am almost half way through my first year of college. I started my period when I was 15 and have never had regular periods. I have gone months without having it. I thought this was due to my active lifestyle in high school. (I ran cross country and track) . But now that I am in college, it still isn't regular and I have not had my period in almost 3 months. I have also gained some weight, which is really bothering me. I try my best to eat healthy, so I am confused.
