Hi doctor, My ultra sound report says Both ovaries are enlarged in size and show multiple peripherally arranged follicles with increased echogenic central stroma. Free fluid noted in P. O. D. Impression: bilateral polycystic ovaries. Will i have fertility issue in future. I am worried
