Irregular period
Cital syrup, tab leon (5days), tb cranbe (15 days)
For ecoli infection in urine culture
N she gave deviry for 3 days (2 doses every day)
N cycle 28 syrup for 3 months for regular period
So is it ok to take deviry with these medications
period 22 July 2015 19 October 2015 2dec 2015 17 Jan2016 19 March 2016 16 may2016

Dearp pt ur clinical and treatment details are inadequate and confusing for any valuable comments.what i hv understood from ur history is u hv URINE tract infection and irregular menses. For infection u require antibiotics course as per culture senstivity report which should be initiated as early as possible. But for irregular cycles u need to be thoroughly investigated before labelling PCOS and then pt need to be treated appropriately.
Also i will clarify u that deviry is progesterone offered for withdrawl bleed .it is not for UTI.
