Irregular period bleeding
When my wife  get  period she is not bleeding blood . Only two days bleeding occurring then after few bleeding. My weight increased .I have abdomen Pain

Considering pain abdomen and weight gain as complaint ofq your wife ... question is not clear whether number of bleeding days are less or monthly irregular cycles.... if bleeding for less number of days compared to previous cycles get her blood tests done... and if cycles are irregular consult gynecologist to look Fa the cause...
