My daughter hashed her period for over a year now, and she is almost 14. Her periods are very irregular, and her shortest menstrual cycle was 42 days and her longest one was 132 days. She experiences some random and subtle abdominal pain every once and a while, but has been very tired lately. She has also said that after she uses the bathroom, she still feels like she needs to urinate. I don’t know if these things are normal and just her being a teenager, or if something is wrong.

At her age periods cn be irregular due to immature HPO axis..
But just to rule out ny major cause get a TSH , CBC , urine routine microscopic and ultrasound pelvis as a baseline done.
Ask her to drink lots of water.
Consult direct after the reports.
