Irregular mental cycle

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Missing periods, then prolonged bleeding (three months) I started new birth control I'm bleeding through third row on the pills before the placebo. Spotting after intercorse only when S/O let's go in vagina. Could it be his sperm irritating my vagina?
