I have been having irregular periods since a long time. But this time it has been longer than usual since I have had my menstruation. Last time I had it on 16th November 2016. It is almost 2 months now. I am unmarried. Please suggest me what to do. I am listing my last years cycle here if it helps you in better understanding of my menstruation pattern.
13 January 2016, 8 March 2016, 4 April 2016, 10 may 2016, 29 June 2016, 1 August 2016, 1 September 2016, 6 October 2016, 16 November 2016.
Please help.

Have you gained a lot of weight?
Irregular periods and weight gain is a common symptom of PCOD. I would suggest that you consult a gynaecologist and get yourself evaluated for PCOD and follow the medication course as advised.

To expect menses to be regular itself is root cause of all problems. Menses are meant to be irregular for most part of a females life.
Missed period may mean pregnancy only if person is sexually active. Your cycles are ok. No need to do anything.
If you are overweight, you may reduce weight to bring it as per your height. This will make it more regular...
