Irregular menstrual cycle

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I am a girl of 23 unmarried.i have irregular menses history from a long time.In november me and my bf had an unprotected sex but didnt insert penis much into my vagina nor sperm has come out.i have not had my periods from three months.i had disgnosed with pcos earlier.and recently consulted an endocrinologist and was given primolut n for 5 days after which also no periods.In blood test it was shown everything normal including tsh,testosterone,dheas etc but prolactin was shown as 34.7.kindly help
