Irregular menstrual cycle
Had my periods on 11.12.16 got my ultrasound my uterus is normal in size61mm*40mm*28mm,endometrial thickness 6 mm.5-6cysts in both ovaries right ovary-35*24,left ovary27*14,a cyst 23*21 with low level echoes is seen in right ovary

That cyst looks like its functional.
Get your blood tests done to see if your hormones are alright.
Reduce your stress levels.
Have plenty of water and fresh vegetables.
Walk one hour every day.
You have to visit your doctor and take prescription to get your periods.

Hello. Your ultrasound is normal. The cyst is a functional one which doesn't need treatment. If you have any other complaints, like irregular periods, weight gain, it would be the best to visit a gynecologist
