Irregular heartbeat
Sir During casetaking during ward ,we colleagues usually check each other to study ourselves also,during that time I found my heartbeat is beating irregular and on inspecting I have a feel that during each heartbeat precordium bulge slightly but it's actually not like palpitations ,is that left parasternal heave,I feel sometimes chest tightness also ,is it essential to take ECG and Echo?,can u pointout any diagnosis from history itself?

With only Grade I left parasternal heave its difficult to come to a conclusion without knowing cardiac apex, heart sounds , S3, murmurs etc.
Next Steps
ECG, Echocardiogram should help definitely
