  4. Irregular heartbeat. My heart like this?

Irregular heartbeat
I keep feeling my heart skipping a beat or having an extra beat, my left side chest also hurts, but i went to the doctor several times and did ECG but results were all normal, i also did the treadmill heart stress test but the results were also normal, why is my heart like this?
