Irregular bleeding post D&C

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I underwent a D&C on 11 nov post unsuccessful abortion through pills. Bleeding happened till 15 nov. Post which it started again from 30Nov- 2 Dec. Had protected intercourse on 7-8 dec and spotting and sometimes bleeding started again from 11-16 dec , post which it is on and off till date. Pls advice could this be pregnancy again or should get a scan done
