Iron injection has its own side effects .
Could you send us the reports to reconfirm the diagnosis.
Iron sucrose is to be given intravenous ,this has the least side effects compared to the other Iron preparations .
It should cost around 500rs a ampoule.
The number of times the infection has to be taken depends on the Iron defecit .
