Hello!
I just got my iron level checked and it's at 46 where the range for females is 60-180. Total iron binding capacity is 274 (range 215-575) and % Transferrin Saturation is 17 (range 13-45). I've been feeling tired, dizzy and sleepy very often even though I get a lot of sleep and rest.
Thyroid, magnesium, vit D and
B12 are OK. What supplement should I take? What food best to eat?
