Iron deficiency
Hello! I just got my iron level checked and it's at 46 where the range for females is 60-180. Total iron binding capacity is 274 (range 215-575) and % Transferrin Saturation is 17 (range 13-45). I've been feeling tired, dizzy and sleepy very often even though I get a lot of sleep and rest. Thyroid, magnesium, vit D and B12 are OK. What supplement should I take? What food best to eat?

If you have an iron deficiency anaemia you need to take iron supplements along with folic acid . You must take lots of green leafy vegetables in your diet e.g. Spinach Dil, parsley ,broccoli fruits like apple, dates .if you are non vegetarian then you can have liver fish too in your diet.
