Iron deficiency
Dear Sir/Madam, As per biochemistry report, 1)haemoglobin result is 8.0 g/dl. 2)Iron result is 29.6 ug/dl. Please guide how to increase iron/haemoglobin level.

HELLO, THE THINGS WHEN CUT GOT BLACK HAS SUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF IRON TAKE THAT. GREEN  LEAFY VEGETABLES,BRINJAL, CARROT, BEETROOT, TOMATO,  TURAI, BOTTLE GUARD ARE VERY USEFUL. FRUITS APPLE,GUWAVA, CHERY, PLUM, PITCH PAPAYA ALL SEASONAL FRUITS ARE BENEFICIAL.. LIQ. DEXORANGE TWO TEASPOON FUL AT NIGHT TILL HB RISES TO 10SHOULD BE CONTINUED. O.K BYE.
