Hi there...itching in the genitals can be due to many causes like scabies, vaginitis, candidiasis, vaginosis, trichomaniasis, irritant contact dermatitis, etc. If nocturnal itching is more then it goes in favour of scabies. In this case even other family members might have the same problem. However it is very difficult to diagnose only by history. It will require complete examination. So kindly visit a dermatologist for further evaluation.
