Iressitable Bowling Syndrome
Dear Dr, My wife is experiences stomach pain followed by bowling n motions twice or thrice in the morning Post breakfast on some days in a week. She is suffering with this problem for more than 6 months. Once a physician suspected it may be IBS (Iressitable Bowling Syndrome). But not sure about the same and treatment for the same. Please guide us on how to minimise the same.

Before labelling patient as IBS few other differential diagnosis should be ruled out by some investigations. IBS is a possibility with above history however thorough evaluation should be done before starting any treatment
