Involuntary neck movement

Asked for Male, 45 Years

Hello doctor, My brother is suffering from involuntary neck movement to left upward direction This started a month back from lesser intensity to maximum now Please advice us on the cause and treatment for this He has been doing exercises, yoga, ayurvedic massage from 15days but movement has not stopped
