Invisible left ovary and pain
I sometimes have pain in left side, during ovulation also I have pain in left side. I did my ultrasound done. It shows left overy is invisible. My periods are regular. I have pre diabetes and hypothyroidism. What can be the cause of pain in left pelvic area and why is my left ovary invisible . I am still mensurating.
