Early ovulation

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I am on letrozole treatment for fertility. This cycle i did a follicular scan on cd10 , follicle size in both the ovaries was 13mm. When i went on cd12 for scan doc said both the follicles have ruptured. My question is can a follicle mature in 1 day or is this a sign of early ovulation. Scan was done using tvs.

Hello. The value is a little less for maturity. Usually 16 to 28 mm is normal for a matured follicle. But chances are there to get conceived. So keep trying.
