  4. Intra uterine death. Pls suggest ?

I had a preterm because of IC.in 2016 In 2017 I got anti TPo hypothyroid.I got pregnant was taking eltroxin100mg.after a month thyroid got control so doc recommended 75mg as I was pregnant Due to IC I got abdominal stitch at 4month and everything was normal then end of 6month I had intra uterine fetal  death.got backpain den stomach tightness for 5-10mins next day dint had any fetal movements.I was on weekly maintain injections n taking duphaston tablet as well.rubella herpes simplex1 & cytomagelo virus high post operative blood test...doc suggest blood thinning injection for next pregnancy..but my APS test doesn't show high range...daily injection womenox  is expensive pls suggest ???

This is the only solution to continue the heparin injection.Womenox is costly but other company has lesser price find out .
