Subacute intestinal obstruction usually gets relieved in 24 to 48 hours provided the patient is in complete nil per oral that means he should not take anything via mouth it is better he gets admitted in the nearest hospital and undergoes further investigations and treatment doing CECT abdomen would probably find the exact underlying cost of the obstruction most probably it could be due to tuberculosis thank you get well soon
