Interstitial lung disease
My grand mother was diagnosed for interstitial lung disease in 2019.
And she was admitted in the hospital and was on medication since then.

Tab nexpro rd od
Tab omnacortil 5 mg od
Tab shelcal hd od
Tab vit d3 60k once a month
She was fine after the dischrage till now.
But since 1.5 mnths she started having coughf first it started out dry but later a lot of sputum ( white coloured) Is produced.
So increased the dose of omnacortil to 20 mg .
But the coughf is persistent and is not relieved. Tried coughy syrup like ascoril d and ascoril ls but not affective.
What should be given to relieve her symptoms?
