Interstitial cystitis
I have voiding dysfunction with my urinary bladder and as per urodynamic study, it's a hypotonic bladder. Doctor has prescribed urotone and contiflo. Do you think these 2 my medicines are good enough and help me to lead a normal by life ? How long does it take to cure ? Is this a curable disease at all ? Can I take painkillers ?

If Urodynamic Study has shown it as a hypotonic bladder then there is nothing other than Urotone or other alternatives of Bethenecol you can use. Your heading of interstitial Cystitis is a bit confusing. IC and Hypotonic bladder are completely different entities. Curability of either of these conditions is certainly a point of big discussion.
