Internal n external piles
Hi,I'm suffering from internal & external piles from over 1-2 months & d doctor has given me some ointment & tablet but d ointment doesn't seem 2 work very well. Sometimes there is blood that comes out & every once in half or hr there is mucus Is there any food changes & life style changes 2 b done to solve my problem?

hello there. you have to take lots of water, avoid oily and spicy foods, have a high fibre diet and have a bowl of curd everyday. also you need to consult a surgeon. regards
