Intermittent squint..
Dear doctor my 4 years old  daughter after wakeup from night sleep there is no squint both eyes  visions are perfect straight , if she is start see outside sunlight slowly accomadating left eye squint ( esotropia) and it will disappear evening time, she is facing this problem since two months  ...please suggest why it is happening, we consulted pediatric eye opthalmologist still not get any result we are following his treatment still also ...(using both eye plus one power  glass)

Hello She has intermittent esotropia. Give her glasses as prescribed. No intervention required.just regular follow up is enoght. Kindly share her medical record
