Intermittent pain in ches
Hi I am getting some pain in chest, not sure if it's muscular. Got same earlier , all reports were normal, got ecg, tmt, echo normal

With your reports normal earlier and with your age It's very unlikely that you have Ishemic heart disease Consult with a cardiologist personally Dr Ashish Srivastava General Physician and Clinical Cardiologist

Whenever you have pain exactly similar to what you used to get previously than it less likely to be significant. But however if any change in severity or character do need repeat consultation and check ups
