My daughter who is 4.5 years old, fell from cot (0.5 m ht) while playing, she cried and slept off, next day she was all fine (running, jumping, walking), the day after that she started limping indicating pain on her right leg, we got X-ray done, no abnormality was observed, doctor told to take rest for 3 days, then after taking rest for 3 days she was back to normal... After 1 week of being normal, when she comes back after playing in the evening, she starts limping, after she sleeps at night and gets up in the morning, she is back to normal till evening when she goes for playing... Can you please advise what is the problem and solution?

Your daughter could be suffering from Transient synovitis of hip.
This condition should be investigated and ruled out.
She must avoid physical activities for some time. Do not ignore it.

Don't worry. She does not seem to have a major fracture. She would not have been able to walk normally at all had that been the case.
Yet, at the same time, her leg is injured (although mildly). So it will take some time for her to recover fully.
Give her time. She will be perfectly fine within 10 days or so. Kids of her age generally recover within 15-20 days.
Unless she complains of pain continuously or stops walking/running, you don't have to worry!
