Intermittent chest pain

I'm 35 year old male and was recently diagnosed with diabetes. Since the time I started taking Glycomet GP1, I started to experience various types of problems in my body. After a bout of shoulder pain and numbness in the fingers of both hands, I started experiencing mild pain in the left chest just beside my underarms.
