  4. Intermediate low grade fever. Further?

Intermediate low grade fever
Hello doctor my daughter usually she will get fever monthly once we asked doctor she said as she is going to kindergarten she is getting but 2 days back her head ,palm and foot alone very hot I checked temperature it's 99.5 so I gave paracetamol 2 times in a day then she was okay again after one day she is getting now same temperature am much worried about her health pls tell me what can I do further ?

Greetings.maam you should give proper dose of paracetamol according to age. Seems viral fever.  You can give paracetamol 4 times per day
