No, anybody cannot reliably asses if a male has lost his virginity just by looking at his penis .The franulam and force can make stretch or change with sexual activity but these changes vary greatly between individuals and can also occur due to masturbation or other non intercourse activities

Hi.. No, it is not possible to determine if a man is a virgin just by looking at his penis.  There are no physical signs  or changes that reliably indicate whether someone has had sexual intercourse. Virginity is a personal and private experience and cannot be confirmed through a physical exam. Consult online for further questions regarding the same.
