Intercourse After circumcision

I had zsr circumcision 6 weeks back. My partner and I tried to have intercourse but it's not happening . My glans is soft though the penis is erected hence penetrating is not happening . The glans is not even going inside though my penis is erected .What to do in this ? We are planning to have kids but this is happening
